B-Meet ’23

"FPO Marketing Meet – (B Meet '23") is a comprehensive event held on 10th and 11th June 2023 at Bhaskarieyam Convention Centre, Ernakulam under the auspices of BUMCO, with the support of experts from Kerala and abroad. It was formally inaugurated by the Hon'ble Union Minister for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Shri Parshottam Rupala. Out of the 120 FPOs sanctioned in Kerala, at least 100 FPOs and their leaders participated in the program. A total of 800 farmer leaders from various states of India participated in the program. The need of the hour is to empower FPO leaders for their work to achieve the goal set by the central government of doubling farmers' income. Therefore, BAMCO aims to unite farmers and form them into farmer production organizations with the sole aim of doubling their income.
